Welcome to the NLC All Sport Performance Program! 

We are excited to have you join us this off-season to prepare for your respected sports. This has been in the works for a while, as we have worked with hundreds of athletes since 2017, from the youth to the professional level.

Coach Clark Coe has played sports all his life, explicitly reaching the professional level of football. NFL teams like the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, and Miami Dolphins have also scouted him. Due to two Achilles injuries on each leg, Coach CCC has pivoted from his dreams and aspirations to play in the NFL and has focused on helping other athletes fulfill their purpose and reach their full potential! He holds certifications with the Universal Speed Rating.

We have now added another Class for youth sports performance training! The details are identical, but the times and price change due to the youth's need for more attention to detail!

What you will receive from this training:

Athlete Profile Tracker  - This will allow us to track their workouts and assess their progress weekly. 

 Elite Footwork - NLC's unique movement patterns help players move efficiently, eliminating false steps.

SPE - Strength, Power, and Explosiveness workouts for each group for stability, endurance, and hypertrophy.

SAQ - Speed, Agility, and Quickness will be the main focus. Speed Kills Mondays & Laterally Sounds Wednesdays. 

The classes are March 30th, to May 6th..

Depending on the weather, this will be a hybrid indoor/outdoor program.
