2026 Spring NFL SWAG League- Carteret, NJ

Welcome to NFL SWAG Flag Football! We are excited to have you join us on this exciting adventure!

NFL SWAG is an official NFL Flag League. This is a draft league in Carteret, NJ.

We welcome players from all across the state! We are excited to expand our family and grow even bigger!

General Details:
  • NFL Jerseys and Flags will be provided to every player.
  • Time Frames and Game Dates:
  • Games on Saturdays – 24-minute halves. 2 minute running clocks. There is one game per week.
  • Coaches Open Practice is on Wednesday, Friday nights, Saturdays one hour before games.

Tentative Game Times:

8 & Under Co - Ed / 10 & Under Girls
9:00am - 10:00am

10 & Under Co - Ed / 12 & Under Girls
10:00am - 11:00am

12 & Under Co-Ed
11:00 am - 12:00 pm

14 & Under Co-Ed / 14 & Under Girls
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm


Individual Selection
-         $160 regular season
-         Development League – Every Athlete will be placed on a team and will compete every Saturday.
-         Open Coaches practice- this is a development session by your coach to enhance your game. This can be during the week, Wednesday nights, Friday nights, or Saturday, an hour before games.
-         Anyone can register and participate. More recreational-based activities to develop and have fun.

The dates are below ( Subject to Change) :
March 21/April 4 TBD – Free Clinics – fundamentals and pick-up games
April 11 – Pre-Season Games
April 18 - Regular season games
June 6 - SWAG Playoffs
June 13 - SWAG Championships

We will be accepting payments until Sunday, March 30, 2026, so it's important to register and lock in your spot.

** Refund Policy: ALL Sales are final, and if the league should choose to give a refund, only partial refunds will be made before March 30, 2025
